During this time, I will complete a questionnaire with you about your cat and your household.
My questions and your answers help figure out why your cat is behaving the way he is.
It is extremely important that you share everything you can with me during this process. Every little thing can provide clues as to your cat’s behavior.
If you decide to buy my services, I will then create a tailored plan for your cat. Each cat is different so your plan might not work for another cat.
If you are buying services that will be conducted remotely, payment is expected before the plan is provided to you. Payments can be made online under “Services”.
I am available for in-person appointments if you live in the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, PA.
I also conduct appointments by phone, through Microsoft Teams virtual meetings, What’s App or Google Meet.
If you choose a virtual appointment, it is best to use a laptop. If you do not have a laptop, please be willing to download What’s App or Google Meet on your phone.
Depending upon your cat’s plan, follow-up appointments (in-person, virtual or by phone) as well as emails and text communication will be provided throughout the course of the training.
If something within the plan is not working for your cat, then I will modify it to accommodate you and your cat.
I use positive reinforcement in my approach along with clicker and target training.
Patience is needed. Behavior issues that have been happening over several years will not be fixed overnight.
If you contact me asking for general information about a problem without speaking to me, I won’t be able to help you. This would be like you calling a doctor and asking for a diagnosis without telling him your problem.
